The content after a few seconds becomes blurred and stays blurred with every programme I try to watch. I ve been watching Now tv for 6 weeks and it's suddenly happened.
Netflix, amazon prime and iplayer still work normally on the same device.
Im hoping someone can help!

What happens if you reboot both your playback device and router by switching the power off for about 30 seconds to see if it makes any difference.
Out of curisoity what device are you watching nowtv on ?

I am assuming you have a good wifi reception on the iPad.
If my above suggestions doesn't make any improvements, then try deleting the nowtv App and re install it again from the iPad Apps Store.
Out of curisoity is the blurred picture on both live and on demand nowtv content with your nowtv pass.
