Playing next episode

when my now tv box attempts to play the next episode in the kids area it just sits with a black screen with the loading icon spinning in the middle of the screen until i press back and select the next episode manually.

 

is this a wider issue or just me ?

 

Edit: I have the black smart tv box

No you are not the only one, I have this issue on the Now TV black box too.

 

One thing that you can try is setting your router to a specific channel, rather than the standard auto Selection and see if that helps. This has been spoken about for a long time, but as it does not affect the majority we are having to try finding solutions ourselves.
