What playback devices are you using ?
When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here does it show your entertainment & movie passes ?
Have you tried logging out of the NowTV App and then re signing back into the App again on your playback devices.
If that doesn't work, have you tried a fresh NowTV App install on your devices ?
