Cancelling my passes whilst in my cooling off period.

I ordered the entertainment and sports passes this morning but have now decided that I don’t want to carry on with them. I’m well within my 14 day cooling off period. How to I go about cancelling as when I log into my account and go to subscriptions and passes it just says ‘this may take a sec’ and won’t load. I want a refund for these two payments.
