Charged, but no pass

I have been charged £8.99 for my entertainment pass, but I don't have the pass on my account. I am signed in with the correct account, I have tried signing in on both my phone and my desktop to see if there would be any difference, but still can't access it, just being told to pay for it and I can't find any way to send an email to get in touch while the chat function is unavailable.
