I have just had a response from NowTV about their utterly woeful coverage of the US Open. It was a template response which addresses none of the issues I raised. I can only conclude that they don't care very much about tennis and have no intention of fixing any of the issues we tennis fans have experienced this year.
My advice is that tennis fans should cancel their subscriptions to NowTV and not make the same mistake again next year. That is exactly what I will be doing.
I will also be sending a complaint to the US Open directly advising them of the exceptionally poor performance of their UK broadcasting partner and suggesting that they make every effort to find a more competent broadcasting partner for next year.
