Hi I've purchased a day pass to watch football but everyone I click on to watch it says I don't have a pass but my account says it does

Please can you confirm if you have do the basic troubleshoot to completely log out, then switch off, unplug or uninstall the device or app completely and re plug/ reinstall. Also, clear all old history in the Smart TV, device and app, then re login, please?
