Missing subtitles for Annika series 2

Widely trailed as a new series. There are no subtitles when I try to access via NOW TV. In this day and age accessibility should be a priority. It is not expensive!!  Please can we get accessible programmes from alibi TV.

Yes I have seen all these previous posts, and contributed. No progress at all. What a terrible service!  I thought accessibility was a priority!  And we pay for this!
