I subscribed to cinema, can't watch anything, is asking to pay more money

Can't watch anything on cinema, is asking me to subscribe to entertainment in order to watch, movies that are free on cinema hd, I'm goint to ask for a refund, is absurd, I payed more that 12 dolars, for nothing, can't play anything, is not worth it at all.

You don't pay in dollars, it is pound sterling. 

Also when you sign up and pay for a membership it doesn't automatically sign you in all devices. When you launch the app on most devices you are presented with the homepage and it's up to you to navigate to the settings cog to sign in. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Are you sure it is Now in the UK that you signed up to, in the UK?

As you can’t watch it from the US; and even if you could, HD would be extra 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
