Hello,
I am reaching out to see if anyone has come across this issue, and if yes how to resolve, I am a new member to BT TV, of which NOW TV is part of the VIP package, however when I try to load NOW TV app, it brings up this error message: Unable to load sign in, please try again later
Any help appreciated

Thank you, I will try, looks like IP issue as I can sign on via iPad and watch now tv with same log on details

This happened to me, so I switched off my VPN and it worked xx

Thank you again, confirmed all good after some minor changes on BT Router, signed straight in.
so if anyone else experienced this issue, it's likely to be an IP issue on your router that's easily resolved

Hi how do I sort this via my IP address ? My nowtv on my ps5 is doing the same anything connected to WiFi won’t let nowtv sign in
