What playback device are you using ?
If you have more than one device is it happening across different devices ?
Where Error code 100 is quite common on the NOW branded devices such has the NOW Box and seems to happen with a poor internet connection when attempting to watch NOW.
Sometimes rebooting the playback device and Router may clear the code.
Also if you have a dual band Router try both 2.4ghz & 5ghz bands if using wifi rather than Ethernet and see if using the lower wifi channels gives you a more stable stream.
I have had Sky Sports News playing constantly since about 1pm this afternoon and everything is running fine on my setup.
