Draper v Rublev in not as described replay shock

Billed as a match catch-up (a very rare commodity!) and it's instead a six-minute highlight reel of Alcaraz v Arnaldi, which merely replays again and again if you let it, hoping that it's an intro to an ACTUAL WATCHABLE TENNIS MATCH.

Thanks for letting us fellow-customers know how you feel.

If you want Now to know, though, better to go on their Twitter/X feed.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
