30 Second Trailers Scary

Can someone tell me how I can disable the trailers on NowTV as I find them very scary.

This is really not acceptable, just because someone else doesn't find them scary shouldn't mean that I am subjected to them.

Does anyone know where I can complain, surely there is a law against this.

The pre promos for NOW content is here to stay. There is no way to get rid of them I’m afraid. 

Boost will only get rid of third party adverts.

I hate that NOWTV want to waste 30 seconds of my time but if this is how it now works then ok.

I just get anxiety every time I put something on to watch as the trailers are scary, I just want them to give me trailers for films/movies that are rated PG.

I think there should be a law against it but until the government creates the law I want to complain to NOWTV that this is unacceptable.  How do I do this?
