NOW TV PASS not working

Hey there im having difficulties with the NOW TV pass. I purchased an xbox one from Game this morning which also came along with a three month entertainment pass but after trying to enter the code on xbox one ps4 and the website it is telling me that the code is not recognised???. Can someone please help me out with this please.

Welcome to the forum.

 

The usual cause of this is misreading the code on the voucher. Try a few different combinations, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), 0 (zero) and O (capital o) etc
