correct parental pin not working neither is re set one

Hi

Have to say i am getting really pied off with this Nowtv box. Nothing but trouble since day one. Haven't watched any moves for a month so decided to today. I put the Parental Pin in (the correct on) and it says it's not the correct one. So i go to re-set on my Nowtv account; change the pin and guess what!? yep this doesn't work either. Any ideas people. I am pretty close to throwing it in the bin....

Thanks for posting.

Have you tried to watch on any other devices to test the PIN? 

When you sign in on the box does the username match under the my account section to the one your logged in with online? - I know that seems really obvious but we see this happen sometimes, especially with customers with Sky ID's.
