I have a 3 month cinema pass which I am trying to apply, but the system is not accepting. Is there a period before expiry of previous voucher that it cannot be renewed?
The message is " we're having trouble with vouchers right now, please wait a moment and try again@
Thanks
Kay

Welcome to the forum. As long as the apply a voucher link appears on your My Account> My Passes page then you can apply your voucher. That message usually means you are doing the right thing but there's an issue at NOW TV's end, trying again later should work but you could also try using a different laptop/desktop to apply or if you have a NOW TV box you can try entering the voucher from the My Account screen of the NOW TV app.
If you are still stuck pop on live chat and ask them to add the voucher for you.
To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

Hi Anmar
I have added passes, both Cinema and Entertainment, to my Now TV account and the usual convention is this:
First, a pass is usually valid for 12 months after purchase unless informed otherwise, i.e. some retailers that supply Now TV passes are only valid for 6 months.
Second, the best time to add a pass to your account is within 30 days of the current pass expiring, personally I tend to aim for between 25 - 10 days of my current pass ending, I call this the "sweet spot".
Next, sometimes a recently purchased pass has a faulty code number and the best way to find this out is by contacting Now TV's help chat on the following URL:
https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch#_se:otherEnquiriesTab
Again, as a personal policy, whenever I buy a new pass, on receipt, I immediately contact Help Chat to confirm that my pass code is valid.
Hope this helps

Out of curiosity did you buy the cinema pass from Amazon UK or somewhere else ?
