Sky Cinema Pass

Hi, I bought my now tv box because it had 2 month sky cinema pass, it clearly states this on the box. I only got 1 and I have to pay after 31 days?? Surely this is being mis sold goods?

Welcome to the forum. To check your pass is showing the correct end date, log into the NOW TV website and go to your My Account > My Passes page

Your end date of your offershould show correctly on there (click the triangle under your cinema pass to see full details).

 

If it does show your 2 months, you don't have to worry about anything, you will be able to carry on watching until the end date shown there.

If it doesn't look correct it may be that you didn't apply the code correctly, or maybe you started the free trial by mistake. Try applying the voucher code again to see if it works.
