Unable to apply Movies voucher - error message that 'something went wrong'

I was unable to apply a new voucher as the 'link' to apply a voucher was missing until my pass ran out earlier today; I had cancelled the Movies pass.

 

Now the link is available but everytime I attempt to apply a new voucher I get an error message telling me something went wrong and to try again in a moment.  I have tried 2 different 2 month passes; neither works.  I do have a payment PIN and have checked it is correct by turning it off then back on.

 

Any ideas?

Got your email; thanks.  I have just tried again and a voucher was accepted.  The 'my passes' screen was displayed differently today as in there was a big button for buy a pass which wasn't displayed yesterday. 

 

I also noticed that despite my Movies pass showing as expired online via PC, I was still able to access Movies on a nowtv box last night; this was not the case when I tried earlier this morning.

 

There seems to be some discrepancy/lag between the information displayed online via PC and the account information displayed on a Nowtv box.
