What NowTV device are you using ?

 

Maybe try signing out and then signing back in again with your correct username.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

please check you are using the right account by singing into the website and checking "my account > my passes" if you see nothing under here and it asks you for card details you will be signed into the wrong account and I would ask you to check all your email addresses for the email you received when you signed up.
