There are known issues with NOW TV on Apple TV

We know that customers can't currently access the Movies section on 1st-3rd generation Apple TVs.

 

You can still access movies by using the search function within the NOW TV app.

 

There's also an issue with the NOW TV app not loading on 4th generation Apple TVs. Please see here for information relating to that issue. 

 

We're working to fix these issues as soon as possible, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update:

 

This issue only affects movies on NOW TV, and the original message has been edited to reflect this.

 

Also, you can still access movies using the search feature within the NOW TV app.

 

We'll provide another update when there's news.
