Hi, I have seen other posts regarding this error but haven't found a solution as such yet. When watching sky sports live it frequently cuts out with the above message. I am using an Ethernet cable with 100mb download speed when I do the speed checker.
I I am not sure what else to try and as have used all the frequently asked questions options in the help menu?

For now, do you have any devices you can use?
