Error occurred loading content

Hi, I have seen other posts regarding this error but haven't found a solution as such yet. When watching sky sports live it frequently cuts out with the above message. I am using an Ethernet cable with 100mb download speed when I do the speed checker. 


I I am not sure what else to try and as have used all the frequently asked questions options in the help menu?

I'm experiencing the same problem. Cutting out every ten minutes.

There is an confirmed ongoing issue at the minute.
