is it possible to upgrade my wifi for a faster and better one?... if so would the my current wifi be switched off until the new one arrives or would it be kept on until i plug a new router in then it will all switch..?

Unless you have an old router they will just upgrade the connection. 

You’ll need to determine what speeds are available to you. If your looking for faster than the top speed NOW can offer, then you’ll need to shop around with BT, Sky or Virgin as they provide FTTP whereas NOW only offers FTTC.

You say you want to upgrade your Wi-Fi, do you mean you would like to change from Fab Broadband to Super Broadband? (or even from Brilliant Broadband)
