My broadband is down due to missing payment. Tried making the payment but it won't go through it just refreshes the page and I can't find the number to contact broadband which I have rang before 🤪🤪🤪

Perhaps try a different internet browser with it's ad blocking disabled when attempting to make a payment or updating your bank card.
Should you need to phone the NowTV Broadband Team, then whilst logged in on here go to My Account > Broadband & Calls and keep clicking on the moving home section until the telephone number appears on your browser screen.
The moving home telephone number is the same phone number for all Broadband & Telephone related issues.
