delivery order

so iv just signed up for now tv broadband and recorded the now tv hub two it doesn't go live til 24th December, but there's no remote controller am i not supposed to have one or am i missing something? How am i meant to add package deals and use them without a control

Hi @Anonymous User

The NowTV Hub 2 is a broadband router and not a NowTV streaming box to watch on your TV, hence the reason it doesn't come with a remote controller.

You will need a NowTV smart stick or NowTV box which you can buy from places like Argos, Curry's etc to watch on your television when using your nowtv passes on your account.
