No, it is not possible. They have a phone number 0330 332 3050 that is not answered and you may try Sky call centre where today I was told I would be put through to nowtv - again no answer. The website does not allow upgrade. Only option seems to be to go to another supplier and cancel NowTV. They have online chat but this requires accepting all cookies and still does not work - and there's no indication that it only works between 8pm and 11pm.
