So I ordered my broadband 18/10 due to go live on 24/10. However nothing received. Rang up been told they couldn't get through on my line due to another provider. Sorted all that out to be told I have to wait for a manager to ring me back as they can't now put my order through. 72 hours later still heard nothing. Ring up today and still no help. Ive had no Internet since 20/10 and now TV can't seem to get their act together to sort this out without a manager. A manager who still hasn't rung to even sort it out. Its very disappointing.
