Hi, and thank you for reading this.
I made a new order yesterday but it looked like it crashed just after I entered my bank details.
I presumed the order hadn't went through, as I understood what a trying time it is, and knowing the telephone would require an engineer I resolved to leave it for a week or so then try to reorder the broadband.
I have however noticed a charge of £0.10 by your company, and I log in here but there's no record of an order. So I'm currently confused as to whether the order I made yesterday went through or not, and what the small charge was for?
Any help appreciated ty
