I'm trying to sign up for Broadband but every time I get to the payment page & hit pay I get a red box appear with the message "We're sorry something has gone wrong" & a spinning circle with the words contacting secure server below it.
This is after I have approved the transaction on my banking app.
Any idea what is going wrong?

Perhaps try another browser?

I'll try on my laptop, I run a VPN could that be the issue?

Hmm I know the streaming TV side of NOW doesn't like VPNs too much, so it's possible that it could be causing the sign up issue.
