Not great for people with hearing issues. They are not exactly a tech company are they! It's like NOWTV is still living in the year 2000.
What I want to know is how do I find my account number? It's a pretty basic question.
Now don’t have an account number for you, just an account name, which will be the email address you signed up with.
If you want Now to know what account you are talking about, just give them the associated email address.
If you want it to prove who you are to somebody else, Now aren’t in that game.
If you have another reason though, please share it and we will see if we can help further.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
