Email address for Now customer service or Techinical

As above, does anyone know the email address for Now customer service or Techinical?

My broadband keeps dropping and I want the issue resolved. I'm in Europe with work with my elderly father at home and we use FaceTime or the like to keep in contact. Its annoying that the broadband keeps dropping even so after Openreach was out last week to fix a band connection where the line comes into the house.

I've sat on the chat waiting for an hour without reply.

If you do a quick search on the forum there are plenty of threads that will contain the email address.

Thanks so much. To be honest I’m at the end of my rope with Now and the fact you can’t simply call or chat with a human in a timely manner. This community really is their customers doing trouble shooting for them. Thanks though sir!

You would be able to call them using the number in the link below. However unless you have “roam aboard” you might get charged.
