Hi,
I'm looking to cancel my broadband early and I think I signed up to a 12 month contract. I know how to cancel early and that this will come with cancellation fees, when I was reading the webpage on early cancellation it provided an email address that could be contacted and a phone number.
It also said that the 'notice period' would begin from when you email, what is the notice period? Say if I want my contract to end before my next payment does anyone know when I should send an email e.g. do you have to give a weeks notice?
