Hello I hope I am putting this in the correct place.
I recently cancelled my Now broadband and had to pay an early cancellation fee of £29.75, this came out on 21st November. But on the 6th December this was put back into my account “Credit from Now TV”. I’ve been searching for days for an answer on google and can’t find anything, so can someone here explain what’s going on.
