Contact phone number for NOW

HElp! Trying to place an order for broadband service; got all the way up to the payment process, but it only shows options for credit cards. I want to pay using PayPal, but there's no option given (though somewhere else on the website it indicates that PayPal is in fact an option. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Or - does any one have a contact phone number for NOW, so we can actually talk with a person? I am about ready to quit NOW and try another service...

You can't use PayPal for NOW Broadband (only TV Memberships).

Ooohhhh! Thanks for explaining what the problem has been, Schnapps.

Guess that means I do in fact need to switch to another provider. NOW’s loss, another provider’s gain…

I don't know, but I was able to sign up with Sky using my US debit or
credit card without a problem, so.... I'm now a Sky customer. 🙂

Odd, as they are the same company. (obviously different billing systems)

Just be thankful you will have the Sky router and not the truly awful Now one.
