There might be some clues either on your NOW online account under Broadband & Calls > Messages or Orders & Appointments for either your live activation date if it's still your first 12 months or when you renewed and agreed to a further 12 months contract if you are in the second, third year etc under Messages.
Also check any email correspondence from NOW which should have dates on any contract Broadband agreement.
Usually about 4 to 6 weeks coming up to a 12 month renewal anniversary date you will get an email notification from NOW on your options.
