I've just had an email saying contact up at end of month so will have to pay more no way I'm paying that amount of money I don't download and never use phone do I need to call them

You need to phone them using the telephone number shown on the email, where you can possibly negotiate a better deal.
If they won't budge and you don't use the anytime telephone calls package (if it's added to your new price options) then ask for the new price without Anytime Calls.
Or if you are not happy with the prices and are out of contract then look at other internet providers.
