Contact Centre opening hours

Does anyone know the opening hours of the contact centre? I’ve tried to call 4 times today and had to hold for over half an hour so given up. On hold now but I’m just wondering if they are even open? Although I presume they wouldn’t let me wait on hold if they aren’t... thanks!

@Anonymous User i think they are usually open 8am-11pm to midnight. 

There is an issue with a high amount of calls lately though.

Tried to contact Broadband support / sales 

6 times using phone and been waiting over 30 mins ... i gave up

2 times by message

8 times trying to use chat

no response 

Worst company ever to contact. im looking to cancel contract

If going to another provider then they will contact them for you to port the number over
