Broadband not working

We have had a service outage since Friday 10:36pm and nothing seems to be done to fix it. They say it’s an area outage but my neighbours broadband works just fine. What is happening and how are we supposed to work tomorrow?

Just because your neighbour has internet doesn’t mean it is the same as yours. They could be on Virgin or FTTP via Sky or BT. There is a possibility they might not even be on the same cabinet as yours.

All you can do is call the team until it’s fixed.
