I lost connection last Wednesday and had an engineer come out to fix it know Thursday, which I thought had solved the problem. However, my connection is down again (monday 30th) and has been for the past couple of hours. I have been on hold to speak to a representative for the past half hour. Is anyone else experiencing loss of connection?

Yes I have been having problems with mine losing connection too! It comes back on but within a few minutes I lose connection again and had been doing it for the past 3 days
