Hi, my internet has been cut off today, but when I phoned up no one could help as there isn’t a password or anything for security questions. My ex partner was paying my bill so I had no clue that my bill was overdue and I hadn’t seen my emails, when I read them it said were sad to see you go, so I assume my account has been deactivated, how would I go about paying the bill and getting it back on please? I am the account holder but someone else was supposed to be paying my bill

how do i do that please? just literally sign up again with all of my own details and if so, would it still go to the internet box I have now? and reconnect today? I have 3 kids one with autism, we live in a flat no garden, and everything is run by internet like homework, or to even watch a programme, thanks for replying to me
