Broadband & Phone transfer

I received a call on my voicemail yesterday saying there was an issue with transferring my existing number and if I don’t get in touch quickly I may not be able to retain it. The call left no number and I can’t find any numbers on the website. How do I get in touch?

This might be a scam, where NowTV don't normally phone their customers and tend to contact them by email.

 

Just in case it is legit, open this link below and if you are logged in on here with your NowTV Broadband details a telephone number in green should appear on your screen page.
