technical difficulties

I bought my now tv yesterday and ain't been able to watch movies since its been set up it keeps saying unable to process this payment yet I have a 3 month pass

Thanks for your post.

 

You need to have at least 10p on your bank account since this will be taken as an authorization fee. But don't worry, this will never reach us and will be returned back to your bank account.

 

Can you tell me the exact error you receive when you enter the card details? Are you using a Visa or Mastercard? 

 

Have you tried a different Browser?
