Was about to buy the Black Friday entertainment and cinema pass and encounted an error, so tried it several times. I checked my bank balance and had been charged 4 times, spoke to customer service and they refunded the money for the extra clicks.
The problem is now that the pass isn’t activated so I can’t watch anything, customer service said someone from the technical department would email me, I’m still waiting

Are you currently paying full price for the cinema pass, £9.99 and entertainment £7.99 before you bought the offer?
i just spoke to an advisor for a 3rd time and they solved my issue.
Basically he got me to buy entertainment and cinema pass at normal monthly price, then refunded the money and gave me 2 voucher codes for both entertainment and cinema. 6 months x2

Hi can’t anyone tell me who I can call and actually speak too? I’ve paid )106 for the stick and a year and no passes are actuve and it’s asking me to purchase passes!?

Have you received the nowtv stick yet ?
Where the 12 month entertainment & cinema passes won't be automatically uploaded to your account ready to redeem the two BF passes until after you have setup and activated the new stick.

I have also bought the year pass with a stick(had to open a new account) the pass is activated once you receive and then activate the stick. If you want to watch on another device you can apply the free trials if it is a new account to watch till the stick arrives

Any reason why you had to create a new account, where you could have purchased and used the stick with the bundled passes on your existing account.
The only thing to bear in mind is if you are on a current offer, you can't redeem or start the voucher passes until you are In the last 30 days.
Did you setup a new account because the NowTV Black Friday links wasn't working for you on your existing account ?
If you have any activate passes on your old account, don't forget to cancel them to avoid having two of the same passes active at the same time.

My normal account is tied with internet so the black friday offers would not apply. They have credited my original account to cover the tv payments that i have already paid. Spot on customer service
