ongoing sound problems on sky sports channels

@Pete-N how can this be solved,i still have no sound on sky sports 1 and the stream quality is realy bad, and now also sky sports news has got sound problems,when will this be sorted please

now no sound on sky sports 3!!! is anyone from now tv reading these posts as this has been ongoing since 8pm last night,sort it out please!!! im using a ps3
