maximum number of devices error 6003 - only 2 devices registered

Hi, I have just set up my NOWTV box for the first time and it is saying i have reached the maximum number of devices.  The website and ipad app show only 2 registered devices and it should allow 4?

 

Appreciate some help.

Hi

 

I only have two devices currently registered and am trying to re-register a third which is a laptop. However I keep getting the message "Your device activity limit has been reached, you cannot add another device."

There is no option to use the live chat I've tried this several times, the only option I get is to ask the forum. I've attached a screenshot

I made a few changes to the PC I am using to view NowTV and now find I cannot view anything as a message appears telling me I am out of device slots. I deleted one older device thinking it would improve things but it hasn't. Is this the end of the road? Apart from the TV I now cannot watch Now TV. Can this situation be changed?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  You can remove as many devices as you like, but can only add one device from the 1st day of each calendar month. Here's a help link to the help guide http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.

and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
