I am away on holday for a few week. Given that we won't have access to the service - Is NOWTV able to freeze the account for a couple of weeks

@Anonymous User
I believe you cant freeze your NowTV passes only cancel them and then re subscribe back again when you want (see the two guide articles linked below for further information).
Should you consider this option it would depend on how many days or weeks before your next due payment date and also how many weeks you are on holidays for.

i was looking to freeze my membership too as i wont be using it, ive spoken to them on livechat and they said active passes you cant freeze so no good. what happens when people stack passes and want a break? i just told the lady to pass it on to the right department so they can introduce this feature in future but this will only happen if enough people enquire about it and tell the to forward it to the right department.

Hi @Anonymous User,
I suppose if you've activated a two, three, four or six month (max) voucher pass, it might be a pain waiting for that subscription to run out before being able to take a 'subscription holiday'... But I have to wonder how often such a thing might actually happen

well that might not happen often but everyone takes a holiday
