Still being charged for sky sports

Hi have tried cancelling my Sky Sports pass since early December. Have now been charged for December and January when once again I have tried cancelling it. I am very disappointed with this service as it was a treat to have sky sports and now I’m being charged for something I am not making the use of. I have taken a screen shot I took this month when I cancelled it on the 15th of January.

Please can someone help me with this as I am now almost £68 out of pocket.
