Some customers unable to log in or play content

We're aware of two issues which may be affecting customers today:

 

  1. Some customers are unable to log in to their NOW TV accounts
  2. Some content may fail to play when you select "watch now"

 

The second issue is intermittent, so please try again if this happens.

 

We're working to fix these issues as soon as possible, and will update this topic when there's news.

This issue is now resolved.
