Sky Sports Month Pass Voucher/Then Being Billed?

Being retired for many yeatrs now, limited pension & single, Family & Friends have been buying & sending my Sky Sports Month Vouchers which have helped so much.  Last week I got a voucher as a birthday present for one month Sky Sports, I put in the voucher number and my period extended to 26th November 2018, this morning £33 has been taken off my account, but it still shows as 26th November 2018 next renewal. I did not keep the voucher as it had been taken with the new renewal date showing.

I have tried to chat to someone over and over again this morning, but chat Does not open? can anyone please advise!
