Resetting my devices

So out of the blue I can't watch now tv on my Xbox one even though it is still on my list of devices- this is my only way of watching tv so need it reset so I can add it back rather then having to wait till next month.
I have tried live chat but got cut off 4 times I'm on the brink of cancelling as there is just zero customer service/support

Welcome to the forum. Live chat is usually the quickest way of getting this sorted (maybe try on a different device eg on a mobile instead of PC or vice versa) but you can also try sending them a message instead.
